Low Carb Chocolate Cake

 

Ingredients:

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 F. Bake 10-15 minute.
Let the cake cool before adding frosting.

Frosting

  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 oz melted Low Carb Chocolate
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 tbsp milk

 

Low Carb Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup Organic almond flour
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup olive oil or melted butter
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Serve with our Low Carb Jam, fresh fruits or whipped cream. For an extra festive breakfast you could even add a spoon of our delicious Low Carb Hazelnut Spread.
