Use about 0.5 - 1 dl carbSweet® Erytritol in your baking for best taste. We recommend that no more than 15-20% of the dough weight be carbSweet® Erytritol. Both taste and texture are reminiscent of regular sugar.
Run in a food processor to pulverize if you want to use the product as icing sugar.
